Returns for Store Credit Only

At After Dark Lace, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes items don't work out, which is why we offer store credit for your returns on eligible items. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.

How to Return Eligible Items

We're happy to accept returns for store credit within 14 calendar days of delivery (including weekends and holidays). To ensure your return is processed successfully, please note:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and protective liners must be intact
  • Items must be free from scents (perfume, smoke, body odor), stains, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
  • If your order included gifts or complimentary items, please return those as well, otherwise, their value will be deducted from your store credit
  • Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns on Free Shipping Orders

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit upon return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear, thongs, and underwear
  • Crotch and crotchless merchandise
  • Costumes and face masks
  • Halloween merchandise purchased between October 1–31
  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without proof of purchase or not purchased from AfterDarkLace.com
  • Items with broken seals, missing tags, or missing original packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, soiling, or staining
  • Items with makeup, glitter, body lotion, or hair (human or pet)

How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@afterdarklace.com to initiate your return and receive a confirmation code. Returns cannot be processed without a confirmation code. You may use your own shipping method or purchase a prepaid return label from us (starting at $10, depending on package weight).

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll review your concern promptly and make it right.

Exchanges & Refunds

We don't offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to place a new order for a different size, color, or style. Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds, all Eligible Items qualified for returns are processed as store credit only.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem! If you contact us before your order ships, we can cancel it with no restocking fee. Once your order has shipped, you may return it following our standard return policy (25% restocking fee applies). For cancellations after shipping, items must remain in their original, unopened packaging, including both the delivery box and sealed merchandise bag.
