Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with After Dark Lace. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when purchasing products from our website.

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective once published on our website. The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any related agreements, the following definitions apply:

• “You,” “Your,” or “Customer” refers to the individual accessing this website and/or purchasing products from After Dark Lace.
• “After Dark Lace,” “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to After Dark Lace and its owners, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• “Party” or “Parties” refers to both you and After Dark Lace, or either of us individually, as the context requires.

These Terms and Conditions govern the offer, acceptance, purchase, and supply of products and services through our website. They are intended to establish a clear understanding between you and After Dark Lace regarding your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all references to singular or plural terms, capitalization, gender, or pronouns are intended to be interchangeable and inclusive.

By continuing to use our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

At After Dark Lace, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin a return, you must first contact our Customer Support team at support@afterdarklace.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Store Credit Only

After Dark Lace does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Eligible returns will receive store credit only, issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of all approved returns before store credit is issued. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any shipping protection purchased at checkout are non-refundable.

Original Condition

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from perfume, makeup, or odors, and include all original tags, labels, and hygiene liners intact where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Panties, thongs, bodysuits without original hygiene protection, opened or worn hosiery, nipple covers, adhesive products, gift cards, and any sale or final sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping method.

Processing Times

Please allow 7–14 business days after your return has been delivered for inspection and processing. Approved store credit is issued electronically to the email used at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact support@afterdarklace.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Fraud Prevention

After Dark Lace reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel store credit, or suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of this policy.

From time to time, After Dark Lace offers promotional discounts, sales, and automatic offers such as our 3 for $50 collection pricing. Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotional discounts apply automatically at checkout when qualifying conditions are met and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
• Discount codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise noted, and are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• After Dark Lace reserves the right to modify, cancel, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for additional discounts.
• In the event of a pricing error, After Dark Lace reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are calculated in real time based on your shipping address and current carrier transit times, and may differ from the general estimates listed above. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

All timeframes are in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US public holidays). If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

Select items may be made available for pre-order ahead of their in-stock date. Pre-order product pages will clearly display an estimated ship date at the time of purchase.

Your payment method will be charged at the time the pre-order is placed. Estimated ship dates are approximate and may shift due to production or shipping delays; we will notify you by email of any significant changes.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together once all items are available, unless split shipping is requested.

1. Orders placed by you on the website AfterDarkLace.com (the “Website”) for the products offered by us through the website are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is entered into upon the confirmation of the order by e-mail by us to you.
2. You are the individual or individuals placing the order (‘you’, ‘your’). You must be 18 years or over to enter into a contract with us by placing an order with us, you confirm that you are 18 years or over.
3. If you are not yet 18, you agree that you have obtained the bill payer’s permission to enter into a contract with us.
4. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither party will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email; this confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems. If your order is cancelled after payment has been captured, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including sizing, color, and shipping address, as changes cannot always be made once an order has been placed.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods made available at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers; After Dark Lace does not store your full card details.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

After Dark Lace will not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to:

• Strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, or other industrial action.
• Civil unrest, riots, terrorism, threats of terrorism, war (declared or undeclared), armed conflict, or military action.
• Fire, explosion, severe weather, flood, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, or any other natural disaster.
• Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or outbreaks of infectious disease.
• Interruptions or failures involving transportation services, shipping carriers, freight providers, ports, railways, airlines, or other public or private transportation systems.
• Power outages, internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party technology providers.
• Government actions, laws, regulations, sanctions, import or export restrictions, customs delays, or other actions by governmental authorities.
• Any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of After Dark Lace that prevents or delays the fulfillment of our obligations.

If a Force Majeure Event occurs, our obligations under any order or agreement will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and resume normal operations as soon as reasonably possible.

After Dark Lace shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from delays or failures caused by a Force Majeure Event. Where appropriate, delivery dates and performance deadlines will be extended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event continues.
