No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Exceptions

After Dark Lace does not offer refunds or exchanges — no exceptions.
Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit only. Please review the details below carefully.


Shipping Time Frames

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12 PM MST are processed the following business day.


Order Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once your order is submitted, your credit/debit card is charged immediately, and the order is sent to fulfillment. Due to the high volume of orders and fast processing, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted.


Eligible Merchandise for Return

Each piece is hand-selected and inspected for quality before shipping.
To return eligible merchandise, you must follow our return process—returns received outside of our process will be refused.

  • All eligible returns incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Gifts or complimentary merchandise received with your purchase must be included with your return; otherwise, their value will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, hygiene liners in place, and be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in new, resellable condition.

  • Rejected returns will not be sent back to you.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • We must receive your return within 14 days from the date your order arrived.
    Example: If your order arrived on May 1, it must be received by May 15 (including weekends and holidays). No exceptions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene or quality standards.


Returns on Orders with Free Shipping

If free shipping was applied to your order and you return the merchandise, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.


Frequent Returns

If our return policy is abused, we reserve the right to refuse future business.


Non-Eligible Merchandise

The following items cannot be returned and do not qualify for store credit:

  • Costumes / Face Masks

  • Crotch or Crotchless Merchandise

  • Final Sale, Sale, or Clearance Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Halloween Merchandise (purchased Oct 1–31)

  • Hosiery

  • Items with Makeup, Glitter, Body Lotion, or Hair

  • Items with Odors (cigarettes, perfume, body odor)

  • Items Missing Receipt / Proof of Purchase / Not from AfterDarkLace.com

  • Items Missing Original Packaging, Seals, or Tags

  • Swimwear

  • Thongs / Underwear

  • Worn, Washed, Soiled, or Stained Items

Non-eligible merchandise will be denied store credit and can be returned to you at your expense.

Damages

All items are inspected before shipping. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Non-eligible merchandise will not qualify for store credit and can be returned at your expense.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges; however, you are welcome to place a new order.


Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
